Private Pilates
One reformer, one client, one instructor. The work is built around your body — your goals, your history, your day.
A small, by-appointment studio in the iconic Galleria on Colorado Blvd. Reformer, tower, and mat — taught one‑on‑one or in groups of two to six by Lisa Kenworthy. New clients begin with three private intros.
Lisa · in session
The kind that comes from paying attention. The kind that walks up out of the car at the end of a long flight without your hip reminding you of it. The kind your body keeps long after the new‑year boot camps have faded.
My work is classical Pilates — the Joseph Pilates repertoire, the original equipment, the long line. I trained through Peak Pilates and I'm still in continuing education every season. I take a Pilates lesson every week myself, because the best teachers I know never stop being students.
Body. Mind. Spirit.
The three words painted on the studio wall — and the order we work in. Strength is the by‑product of attention, not the other way around.
One reformer, one client, one instructor. The work is built around your body — your goals, your history, your day.
Bring a friend, a partner, your sister. Two reformers, one instructor moving between you.
The original Pilates — no reformer, just the floor and your breath. Where you learn to find the powerhouse.
Springs, straps, a vertical frame, and gravity. Precise, spacious, and grounding. A favorite for long-time clients.
There is no "Pilates body" you need before you start. The room holds runners and grandmothers, post‑surgery comebacks and first‑timers, side by side — each working at exactly their own edge.
The regulars · in studio
Every new client begins here. Three 55-minute privates with Lisa, scheduled around your week. We learn your body, your history, and what you want from this practice — before you ever step into a group. As Lisa puts it: we start everything with a conversation about you, your goals, and your roadblocks.

The Galleria · Gold Building
We're inside the iconic Gold Building at the Galleria on Colorado Blvd, just south of Cherry Creek. Floor-to-ceiling glass, exposed ceilings, a full classical apparatus — reformers, Cadillac, tower, and a clean mat floor for six.
Parking is easy and free. Showers and a tidy locker area are off the main floor. Bring grippy socks (we sell them if you forget) and water. That's it.
Walk through the studio →The intro pack is the only way new clients begin — and that's the point. Three privates, $180, scheduled around your week.
