In the room

The equipment, in order.

01

Four classical reformers

Spring-loaded carriages with footbar, straps, and shoulder rests. The heart of the studio — and where most session time lives.

02

Cadillac

A four-poster spring frame with bars, trapezes, and straps. Indispensable for spinal articulation and the more advanced repertoire.

03

Tower system

Wall-mounted tower for spring work, push-through bar, and roll-back. The format we use for Balanced Tower classes.

04

Mat space & props

Wood floor, mats for six, magic circles, light weights, balls, foam rollers, and bands. Where every group mat class meets.

05

Chair & small barrel

Two more pieces of the classical apparatus — used in private sessions and brought out for tower clients who want to deepen their work.

06

A long window

South-facing, full of Denver light, and the reason this suite was the one. Sessions feel like daytime, all day.

Finding the studio

Suite 125-A, ground floor of the Gold Building.

Galleria Towers is a small office complex at the corner of South Colorado Blvd and Exposition. There are three buildings — we're in the Gold one, the closest to Colorado Blvd. Walk in the main entrance, turn right, look for the suite marked Denver Pilates Girl. It's a 30-second walk from the lot.

Parking is free and easy — a large surface lot and a covered garage. Showers and lockers are off the main studio floor. There's a water station inside; bring your bottle.

For your first visit

What to wear & bring.

  • Wear  Form-fitting workout clothes. No zippers, hoods, or loose drawstrings — they catch in the springs.
  • Bring  Grippy socks for reformer and tower (we sell them in studio if you forget).
  • Hydrate  Water bottle. There's a refill station inside.
  • Skip  Lotion or oils on the hands and feet — they make the equipment slippery.
  • Arrive  Ten minutes early on session one. Five minutes after that.

The studio is best understood in person. Start with the three-private intro and Lisa will give you the full tour.
